The Challenge

The Fifty Acres team assisted National Shelter and partners through driving widespread media coverage for the release of the 2022 Rental Affordability Index.

The Solution

Fifty Acres implemented a strategic earned media approach. This included crafting a media release and personalised pitches for each state and territory. On launch day, we organised a media call at Parliament house, including identifying and coordinated media interviews and tailored spokespeople for various audiences.

The Outcome

The campaign achieved over 1030 media placements, with an estimated reach of 555 million people and an AVE of $5.4 million. Strategic efforts generated extensive national and regional coverage across various TV, print, and online platforms.
