One of Australia’s largest conference conveners, Arinex has joined with the nation’s leading engagement agency specialising in the not for profit sector, Fifty Acres to help deliver the global Women Deliver being hosted at Melbourne Convention Centre 27-30 April 2026.

According to The Arinex Group CEO Maree Di Pasquale, they will provide the operational precision required to host 6,500 delegates from over 170 countries, arranging a safe and inclusive space for transformative dialogue.

“We act as an ‘architect of connection’. Our role goes beyond logistics; we are dedicated to shaping an environment that fosters unity, collective imagination, and the bold exchange of ideas necessary to advance the health and rights of girls and women,” Ms Di Pasquale said.

Arinex will work alongside Fifty Acres, who have been engaged to lead media engagement and publicity for the conference, securing coverage across the globe – in Africa, US, UK, Asia and Australia.

Fifty Acres CEO Jo Scard said it has been a wonderful experience for the team to be involved in such an impactful conference, building on our experience in the not-for-profit space.

“We are honoured to have been appointed to support this landmark conference, especially as it is the first time the conference will be hosted from Australia and in the Oceanic Pacific.  We are really looking forward to a captivating program which will value-add to the Australian and global media landscape,”  Jo said.

Teams from both agencies have worked together throughout the process including managing the conference scholarships program, developing the media strategy, and crisis management plan for the Conference.

Women Deliver is expected to transform spaces at the Melbourne Convention Bureau each day, in the heart of Melbourne, Australia’s major event capital, with an ever-growing year-round calendar of events.
