We’ve all been impacted in some way by COVID-19. It’s caused a massive global reset and a lot of uncertainty.

We’ve seen a lot of people come together virtually to support one another during these difficult times. Only a crisis, actual or perceived, produces real change and the actions we take now will shape the future of NFPs. It is up to us to develop alternatives to existing policies, to keep them alive and available. It is now an important time to think about your operations and refining them based on the challenges you and your team have faced during this difficult time.

That’s why over the past weeks, we’ve been proactively helping organisations with our Masterclass webinar series to get their communications and engagement strategies into shape as we emerge from the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

If you’ve missed our webinars, you can access the slides and worksheets below – as well as our handy Dream Big card pack full of communications tips, tricks and advice!

Masterclass 1 – Practical parts slides
The practical parts of a project including resourcing, time management, finances, scope, prioritisation and preparation.

Masterclass 2 – Messaging and Voice slides
Direction on how to create your message, including creating your unique selling proposition, translating your message into universal terms and storytelling.

Masterclass 3 – Engagement and audiences slides
How to get government attention and support for your issue or cause. We cover identifying, getting to know and targeting your ideal audience.

Masterclass 4 – Channels and Momentum
In our final Masterclass, we get into the nitty-gritty of your task from utilising your organisation’s channels to planning and mapping your big picture projects into defined and well-managed goals that tackle the issues at heart. Slides will be available end of September.
